Their Hotline is always busy and sometimes you might not able to talk to someone even after 10 – 20 rings of call, we just have to try luck. The staff at Gombak office who sitting down there collecting your parcel is just like a machine, they won’t greet you, won’t smile to you, won’t bother to say thanks, won’t have eye-contact with you (that’s why I said it’s Machine not Robot, Robot will have intelligent to greet you and say thanks at least).

So, you might ask : “Sounds like you don’t happy with Skynet at all, why don’t use other?”.

We will not change the courier service vendor for time being, it’s because of the sale person who handle our account – Mr. Terry! He is definitely worth for this compliment, from the first call we’d made to him, up to now, his helped us, answered and attended every single question and problem that we’d raise.

The first batch of parcel, he came all the way here to collect it and we met for very first time. We SMS-ed him after 7PM, he replied promptly.
